:

قصه العصب السابع  Facial Nerve VII 

يعيش  Two roots اشقاﺀ  في بدايه حياتهم  داخل تجويف intracranial 

 الاشقاﺀ هم عباره عن : 

جذر حركي root motor  ويدعى الشقيق الاكبر .

و حسي   root  sensory ويدعى الشقيق الأصغر .

يغادرون معا internal accoustic mestus ويدخلون  تهريب الى  Facial canal .....

وبداخل هذه القناه يحدث ثلاثه أشيا مهمه / 

 يتحدون  2Roots ويشكلون  Facial nerve

و   facial nerve  

يشكل the geniculate gangilion  

ويتولد من geniculate ganglion ثلاثه اعصاب ;

...الاول greater petrosal nerve 

وهو عباره عن  Parasympathetic fiber  يغذي الغدد اللعابيه اللسانيه ..و الغدد اللعابيه تحت الفك السفلي ...وغيرها 

والعصب الثاني الصغير  حركي بيروح  ل_

stapdius Muscle of middle ear .

العصب الثالث هو  عصب chorda tympani 

 special  sensory fiber --- to ant.2/3 of tongue

صديقنا Facial nerve يغادر  facial canal و ال cranium خلال معبر Stylomastoid foramen

وخلال رحلته خارج cranium فالطريق محفوفه بالمخاطر لذا فهو يرسل ثلاثه من سفرائه الحركيين الى ; 

 (1)  posterior auricular nerve 

 (2)  posterior belly of digastric 

 (3)   stylomastoid  muscle 

الجز الاكبر من facial nerve هو motor root  جذر حركي ...يعبر parotid gland ولا يغذيها 

ومن خلالها يرسل 5 من سفرائه الخارجين  الحركيين وهم على التوالي / 

Temporal 

zygomatic 

Buccal 

marginal mandibular

cervical 

وهولاﺀ الخمسه السفراﺀ الخارجين مسئولون عن تحريك عضلات تعابير الوجه facial expression

1)Temporal branch –

  Innervates the frontalis, orbicularis oculi.

2)Zygomatic branch –

 Innervates the orbicularis oculi.

3)Buccal branch – Innervates the orbicularis oris, buccinator and zygomaticus muscles

.4) Marginal Mandibular branch – 

Innervates the mentalis muscle.

5) Cervical branch – Innervates the platysma.
